Yes! If you choose to sponsor a child's wish list, we'll ask for your preferred age group and do our best to find the right match. While we can't guarantee a specific age, we appreciate your flexibility!

Please leave all gifts unwrapped! To keep the children in our care safe, our Elves of Hope must check each gift before wrapping it with love. Any wrapped gifts will need to be opened and wrapped again.

We encourage all holiday helpers to complete their commitment, but we also know life happens. If you're unable to participate after signing up, please let us know as soon as possible so another holiday helper can take your spot.

We love celebrating our Holiday Helpers! We'll do our very best to recognize everyone who gives, although specific recognition opportunities cannot be guaranteed. Please know your generosity never goes unnoticed!

Absolutely! We encourage you to take photos, share your holiday giving, and inspire others to get involved! If you're on-site and interacting with children in our care, photography is not permitted to protect their privacy and safety.

Absolutely! Check out our Amazon Holiday Gift Registry or our Walmart Holiday Gift Registry to see what items are needed most. We kindly ask that all donated items be new this holiday season. Every gift helps make the season brighter!

Yes! We're happy to provide a donation receipt for both gifts and financial contributions. When dropping off gifts, please complete our donation form so we can properly acknowledge your generosity and provide a receipt for your records!
